观察选项之间的区别，每个选项展现前后分句的关系不一样
，doing是adverbial modifier
; 以及and表示并列
so that 以便于。。
holding more than one percent...和前民分句的关系应该是前面的结果，所以用，doing最佳

a中逗号前是一句话，逗号后要表达另一句话，那么逗号后句子是不是缺谓语了？ 这样为什么a对呢？

- via: 逗号后不能是完整句子，实际上后面这句是个ing的状语从句，修饰前面主句invest,我是这么理解的。。。

- BJ-ZYR: hold的逻辑主语应该是a mutual fund，如果要用代词，应该用单数it。选项中的they只能指代剧中的复数名词companies。逻辑不通。我是这么想的...
