条件1：y+3=x，，具体的数值是未知的，不充分
条件2：y=2x，具体的数值是未知的，不充分
结合：可以求出x=-3,y=-6，x+y+6=-3，充分

题目求x+y+6的值 1.y=x-3 2.y=2x 单独1/2不能求出x+y+6的值，但是联立可得x值可得y值，可求，所以C。
