电影导演：的确，在我新发行的电影The Big Heist 中，某些角色和情节转折和去年发布的电影Thieves是相似的。针对这些相似之处，Thieves的电影制片厂现在指责我从那部电影中吸取了一些想法。指控显然毫无意义。The Big Heist 的所有制作工作实际上都是在Thieves发布几个月前完成的。增强题。

我自己做这么想的排除到只剩BD B增强取反两个相似的新电影找不到一个与它们相像的老电影削弱 D增强取反他俩之前从未一起工作过无影响故D错选B

T工作室逻辑：果-BH跟Tidea相似，BH上映晚，因-BH抄袭T的idea。没有考虑是否有其他原因导致果的发生。导演的position：指责无价值=BH没有抄袭T的ideas；导演的逻辑：因-BH在T上映前就产出了=BH生产时没有见到T的ideas=抄袭的动作不能发生，果-BH没有抄袭T的ideas。

本题典型的加入平行关系来否定因果关系。否定因果关系的几种方式：1. 引入他因；2. 果因倒置； 3. 引入其他逻辑关系

这道题导演的观点是，他电影虽然推出的完，但是完成的早，所以没抄袭。那么A电影拍之前，剧本已经广为人知了，这是削弱，C无关 D俩导演合作过无关 E 削弱只有B说影片中的桥段雷同在之前的很多电影中就出现过，不是第一次，这算是支持导演观点的

我也选了A。然而现在发现A的意思是：Thieves制作前，T的脚本已经在电影工作室流传好几年了，包括做big heist的工作室。并不能说明b没有抄袭t。
