Proposed new safety rules for Beach City airport would lengthen considerably the minimum time between takeoffs from the airport. In consequence, the airport would be able to accommodate 10 percent fewer flights than currently use the airport daily. The city’s operating budget depends heavily on taxes generated by tourist spending, and most of the tourists come by plane. 延长等待时间航班会减少这是文中给出的事实，税收取决于乘客，乘客少了税收也就少了，这也没有逻辑问题，预算取决于税收，那税收少了预算也就少了，这里没有逻辑问题，那唯一可能出现的逻辑漏洞就在航班少了乘客就会少。航班少了不一定乘客就会少，有可能每班航班上的人更多了呢，总乘客数还是一样的，这样一层层逻辑接下来会发现只有E选项讲的是有可能每班航班上的乘客数量会增加

assumption题取反大法好啊选项本身加强取反之后削弱则该选项就是正确答案就分析两个选项其他请网友自己想 A选项本身看似加强取反一天中有这样的时间看似没错但是仅仅是有而非所有时间故不能削弱排除 E选项本身也看似加强取反还有别的选择完全可以换一种方式避免收入减少妥妥削弱

起飞最低时间限制-->每天都会减少10%的航班-->收入下降如果每架飞机坐更多人，收入就不会下降了

OG的解答，挺好的 但是我想笑哈哈哈 What must be true in order for the cited facts to support the conclusion that the proposed rules would
reduce the revenue fo r the operating budget?The implicit reasoning is that since the rules would
reduce the number of flights that can be accommodated, they would thereby reduce the number
of tourists arriving by plane, which in turn would reduce the tax revenue that tourist spending
generates for the operating budget. This assumes that the actual number of daily flights would fall
along with the number that the airport can accommodate; that fewer daily flights would mean
fewer people flying into the airport; that fewer people flying into the airport would mean fewer
tourists flying into the airport; that fewer tourists flying into the airport would mean fewer tourists
visiting the city; that fewer tourists visiting the city would mean less taxable spending by tourists;
and that less taxable spending by tourists would mean less revenue overall for the operating
budget

说人少了，税收减少，问前提。 A 一天中没有这样的时刻，起飞间的间隔时间比目前允许的最小时间大很多，就是没有已经有航班起飞间隔很长的情况；取非，有这样的时刻，即间隔时间比允许最小时间大很多，可新规是增加所有的航班最小起飞间隔，个体不能代替整体。仍会减少收入，排 E 新规不会导致每架飞机上旅客数增多。取非，旅客数增多了，税收不减少。削弱结论。correct
